Welcome to We Fix Mac. By using our website, repair services and diagnostics services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
About Us
We Fix Mac is an independent Apple Repair Specialist providing repairs, diagnostics and upgrade services for all Apple devices throughout Torquay, Torbay and Devon.
We Fix Mac is not affiliated with Apple Inc in any way.
Repair Services
We provide repair services including:
- iPhone repairs
- iPad repairs
- Apple Watch repairs
- MacBook repairs
- iMac repairs
- Upgrades
- Liquid damage diagnostics
- Logic board repair
- Data recovery services
All repairs are subject to inspection and diagnostic testing.
Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees may apply for inspection and fault finding services.
Diagnostic charges are non-refundable once diagnostic work has commenced, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
Repair Estimates
Any quote provided by We Fix Mac is an estimate based on the visible or reported fault.
Additional faults discovered during repair may result in revised pricing. Customers will be contacted before additional repair work is carried out.
Turnaround Times
Estimated repair times are provided as guidance only.
While we aim to complete all Apple repairs as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to parts availability, supplier delays or additional faults.
Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting devices for repair.
We Fix Mac accepts no responsibility for data loss, corruption, software issues or inaccessible files during or after repair.
Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on selected repairs and replacement parts.
- Warranty covers defective workmanship and replacement parts only
- Warranty does not cover accidental damage or liquid damage
- Warranty becomes void if another repair provider has opened the device
Water Damage Repairs
Liquid damaged Apple devices may suffer progressive internal corrosion.
While repairs may restore functionality, long-term reliability cannot be guaranteed on liquid damaged devices.

- Genuine New Parts
- Genuine Used Parts
- Genuine Refurbished Parts
Abandoned Devices
Devices not collected within 60 days may be considered abandoned.
We Fix Mac reserves the right to recycle or dispose of abandoned devices to recover repair and storage costs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, We Fix Mac shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, business interruption, loss of profits or data loss.
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the repair service.
Customer Responsibility
Customers confirm they are the legal owner of the device submitted for repair.
Customers must remove passwords, Find My Mac locks and activation locks where required.
Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws and is never sold to third parties.

Repair prices, turnaround times and service availability may change without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
